Before You Book

How a visit usually goes, and the one thing worth telling us in advance.

Standard Booking

Simply arrive at your scheduled time. We'll assess your device and provide an initial quote when possible.

  • Device assessment and diagnostics
  • 1-3 days for complete service
  • Regular updates throughout the repair
  • Flexible return options available

Same-Day Repairs

Yes — when your part is already here. We don't hold stock: every part is ordered for one device, so it has to be arranged before your visit.

Send us the model, pay a 50% deposit, and we'll book you for the day it arrives — usually one or two.

  • Battery replacement: 20-60 minutes
  • Screen replacement: 1-2 hours
  • Arrive at least an hour before closing
Liquid damage and data recovery are never same-day — the board has to be cleaned and assessed first. Those take 1-5 working days, or to a timescale we agree with you.

Short-Notice Bookings

Coming in today or tomorrow? Ring us with the model — we'll tell you what the part costs and how soon we can have it here.

Advanced Bookings

Booking more than a week out? Worth settling the part now rather than nearer the time — prices and availability move, and we order yours at the price you were quoted.

Frequently Asked Questions

Quick answers to common booking queries.

How long do repairs typically take?

Most common repairs like screen replacements and battery replacements are completed within 30-120 minutes if we have replacement parts. More complex repairs like motherboard repair or data recovery take 1-5 working days, or to a timescale we agree with you.

Same-day comes down to the part. We order every part for the individual device rather than holding stock, so it has to be arranged before you come: tell us the model when you book, pay a 50% deposit, and it is normally here in one or two days.

Do I need to back up my data before repair?

While we take every precaution to protect your data during repairs, we always recommend backing up your important data before any repair service. Unlike many repair shops, we don't erase devices during standard repairs, but backing up provides additional peace of mind.

What warranty do you offer on repairs?

We offer a 6-12 month warranty on most repairs, covering the parts and labor associated with the specific repair performed. Microsoldering repairs carry a 6-month warranty. Liquid damage cleaning doesn't include a warranty unless replacement parts were installed.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and cash payments. For business clients, we can also provide invoicing options with payment terms.

Do I pay anything when I book?

No — booking a slot costs nothing and commits you to nothing. You pay once we've looked at the device and you've agreed the work.

The one exception is parts. If we're ordering a specific component so it's waiting for you, we ask for a 50% deposit against it, because that part is bought for your device and can't go back on the shelf.

Can I reschedule or cancel my appointment?

Yes, you can reschedule or cancel your appointment up to 2 hours before the scheduled time without any fees. You can do this through your booking confirmation email or by calling our customer service.

Please note: if we've ordered specific parts for your repair and you've paid a deposit, cancellation may incur a fee to cover return shipping and restocking costs.
