Same-Day Repairs

Our same-day service primarily covers device diagnostics during your visit. If you expect a complete repair on the same day, please contact us immediately after booking to discuss part requirements.

Same-day repair is only possible when we order parts in advance. This requires agreeing on a repair price and receiving a 50% deposit (we’ll send a payment link). Parts typically arrive within 1-2 days.

For same-day service, arrive at least an hour before closing. Battery replacements take 20-60 minutes, while screen repairs require 1-2 hours.

Standard Booking

Simply arrive at your scheduled appointment time. We’ll assess your device, discuss issues, and provide an initial quote when possible.

Leave your device with us for 1-3 days for diagnosis, confirming pricing, and ordering required parts. We’ll keep you updated throughout and notify you once ready for collection. Alternatively, we can return your device via Royal Mail or courier.

Short-Notice Bookings

For bookings made less than 24 hours in advance, please call to confirm part availability.

Advanced Bookings

For appointments over a week ahead, consider paying upfront to secure parts, as availability changes rapidly.

Common queries about our booking and repair processes

Most common repairs like screen replacements and battery replacements are completed within 30-120 minutes if we have replacement parts. More complex repairs like motherboard repair or data recovery may take 1-10 days.

We offer same-day repairs if we can arrange the necessary parts for your visit. To ensure this, we require advance notice and a deposit for the repair. This helps us prepare properly and guarantees the fastest possible service when you arrive.

While we take every precaution to protect your data during repairs, we always recommend backing up your important data before any repair service. Unlike many repair shops, we don’t erase devices during standard repairs, but backing up provides additional peace of mind.

We offer a 6-month warranty on most repairs, covering the parts and labor associated with the specific repair performed. Microsoldering repairs carry a 3-month warranty. Liquid damage cleaning doesn’t include a warranty unless replacement parts were installed.

We accept all major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and cash payments. For business clients, we can also provide invoicing options with payment terms.

Yes, you can reschedule or cancel your appointment up to 2 hours before the scheduled time without any fees. You can do this through your booking confirmation email or by calling our customer service.

Please note: If we’ve ordered specific parts for your repair and you’ve paid a deposit, cancellation may incur a fee to cover return shipping and restocking costs. We’ll always be transparent about these charges and discuss options with you.
