We recommend making an appointment to ensure a technician is available to help you. For our Oxford Street location, appointments are required. For Wimbledon, walk-ins are accepted, but those with appointments are prioritized. You can book online or call us to schedule.
Many of our repairs are completed same-day, often within 15-120 minutes, as long as the required parts are in stock. More complex repairs, such as motherboard-level issues or data recovery, may take 1-3 days. We’ll always provide you with an estimated completion time before beginning work.
Yes, all standard repairs come with a 6-month warranty covering the repaired components. Motherboard-level repairs include a 3-month warranty. The warranty covers manufacturing defects and workmanship issues, but does not cover physical or water damage occurring after the repair.
Our mail-in service is simple: select your device and issue on our website, then send your device to us following our packing instructions. Once received, we’ll diagnose the problem, contact you with a quote (if not pre-paid), and proceed with the repair. After completion, we’ll thoroughly test your device and ship it back to you via secure courier.
