Can I just walk in, or do I need an appointment?
You can walk in during opening hours and we'll always look at your device. Booking a slot means a technician is set aside for you, and booked customers are seen first — so on a busy afternoon a walk-in may wait. If you're travelling any distance, book.
How do I find you, and where can I park?
We're at 136 Kingston Road, SW19 1LY — a street-level shop with signage, not an office you have to be buzzed into. It's a 10-minute walk from Wimbledon Station and 2 minutes from the Merton Park tram stop. There's street parking on Kingston Road and the roads either side of it.
How quickly will you reply to my message?
Usually the same working day. Messages sent overnight, at weekends or on a bank holiday are answered the next day we're open. If your device is urgent, the phone will always be faster than the form.
Can you look at my device if I'm not in London?
Yes — we repair devices sent in from anywhere in the UK. Select your device and the fault on our site, then post it to us following the packing instructions. We diagnose it, come back to you with a quote if the work isn't already paid for, carry out the repair, test it and return it by tracked courier.
