How can I use your services?

We offer convenient options to use our services:

Mail-in: Select service from website, send your device by post from anywhere in UK. Expect 1-5 days turnaround.
In-store: Book appointment and visit Fixfactor in Wimbledon (SW19) or Oxford Street.

Use our website to browse our offering and make a booking or place an order. Select the type of your device, then model of your device, next type of the problem, and finally you’ll be able to choose between ways of being served.

How long does it take to get my device repaired?

We usually aim to get your device fixed as soon as possible, but this is subject to replacement parts’ availability. If we don’t have replacement parts for your repair, we will order them once we receive your device.

You can pay a deposit if you want us to prepare parts prior to your visit. Upfront payment guarantees replacement parts ready for your visit and device repaired same day (if possible).

What quality replacement parts do you use for repairs?

We use the best quality replacement parts for all our repairs. Sometimes we offer 2 different qualities if the difference in price is significant, providing you with options on the final page.

If original parts are not available, too difficult to source, or much more expensive than similar quality alternatives, we will offer you equivalent replacement parts for repair. This is always stated on the service page, or you can contact us directly for more information.

Do you offer warranty on all repairs?

Hardware repairs come with 6 months warranty, except diagnostic services, water damage repairs, micro-soldering, and all repairs that have individually prepared terms and conditions.
