Please be advised, there is a risk of breaking the screen during the process of opening up your device. Should this happen, we need to add the cost of the replacement part (please contact us for the cost). You may also decide not to follow with the repair if this happens.

We recommend the diagnostic service when you are not sure if there is more than one problem after liquid damage. In a case of a serious accident when you device behaves unexpectedly, we recommend to use the diagnostic service.

Please choose one from 2 strategies – concentrating on fix the iPad or to save the data. One option does not exlude another but sometimes we need to reload the software what wipes the data. Some of procedures may by risky for the data. Please let us know if your files are the priority.

The diagnostic service includes visual inspection, washing and cleaning of the motherboard after liquid damage, using multimeter to check the motherboard, swapping all parts around the motherboard to localise the actual problem. We also check batteries, charging ports and screens if there is any sign that it is actually the issue.

Diagnosing of the iPad may be sometimes limited to replacement parts which are available. For example if you send us latest iPad with unusual problem, parts may not be available to fix it. This is why we suggest you to send us an email mentioning model of the iPhone and the problem related before ordering this service.

At the end when we find that the device is not repairable, we may offer you buying it off you for parts. You can choose to sell it or to get it returned.

2. Complete the checkout with your contact details, choose the speed of required repair service (turnaround time) and select the payment method. You may wish to pay after the repair but we won’t order replacement parts until we receive your device which may cause 2-3 days delays. Before You Post Your Device:

Backup Your Data: While we don’t touch your device’s internal storage, we always recommend backing up your data for safety.

Password/PIN/Pattern Lock: Please provide the password, PIN, or pattern lock with your phone, or you may choose to remove it. Alternatively, you can factory reset your phone, create a second user or guest account – we just need to be able to test the device post-repair.

Remove SIM and Memory Cards: Take out any memory cards and the SIM card from your phone, but remember to include the SIM card tray. For other devices, also remove memory cards.

Device Only: Please send just the device, without any accessories.

Photograph Your Device: For your records, you might consider taking pictures of your device’s exterior before sending it (this is optional).

Pack Securely: Wrap your device in bubble wrap, place the order number visibly on top of the parcel, and write your return address on the back.
