Faulty hard drive replacement service, get your laptop or PC fixed usually on the same day.

If your computer does not boot Windows but it shows the logo, it is very slow or crashes frequently, it says that no operating system, probably the hard drive is faulty and needs to be replaced.

The hard drive is not repairable. It consists of moving plates and header. Those plate have millions of sectors that stores the data. The header is responsible for reading those sectors and translating them into what you see on your laptops monitor. If only single of those sectors are faulty, your hard drive is considered as faulty because this is just a beginning of more serious problems.

Request this service if you want us to replace the internal storage of your laptop or PC desktop computer. If this is a MacBook or iMac, the price will be different since there is too many different types of storage, please contact us for quote. The usual symptoms of faulty storage drive are that the laptop turns on but cannot pass the first logo screen.

After we replace the internal storage, the next step is to install the operating system (the latest is Windows 11). You can do it by yourself (if you prefer) or we can provide you such a service. We complete all the setup and install all necessary drivers. Your Windows will also be activated matching the previous activation license KEY used on your computer.

You cannot use your computer without any operating system but if you know how to do this, prefer to use Linux, no problem!

Do you want your data copied from the old hard drive?

We can backup the old drive and transfer your files over if there are no damages to the drive or its structure. If the drive is faulty, we may still try to get your files but this is then considered as data recovery at different cost and timeframe.

Choose the repair service directly from our website. Opt for the option to have it fixed and returned within 2 days.

1. Choose the repair service, click the “Place Order” button and select “Send By Post”.

2. Complete the checkout with your contact details, choose the speed of required repair service (turnaround time) and select the payment method. You may wish to pay after the repair but we won’t order replacement parts until we receive your device which may cause 2-3 days delays. If you require priority service please pay on the checkout or contact us first.

3. Wrap your device safely. We suggest to use the Royal Mail service for small devices like mobile phones (insured up to £500 and costs below £10). For laptops, tablets or drones, please use DHL, DPD or Parcel Force.

Before You Post Your Device:

Backup Your Data: While we don’t touch your device’s internal storage, we always recommend backing up your data for safety.

Password/PIN/Pattern Lock: Please provide the password, PIN, or pattern lock with your phone, or you may choose to remove it. Alternatively, you can factory reset your phone, create a second user or guest account – we just need to be able to test the device post-repair.

Remove SIM and Memory Cards: Take out any memory cards and the SIM card from your phone, but remember to include the SIM card tray. For other devices, also remove memory cards.

Device Only: Please send just the device, without any accessories.

Photograph Your Device: For your records, you might consider taking pictures of your device’s exterior before sending it (this is optional).

Pack Securely: Wrap your device in bubble wrap, place the order number visibly on top of the parcel, and write your return address on the back.
