Our Wimbledon location houses our main technical workshop with advanced diagnostic equipment, while Victoria serves both walk-in repairs and business clients with IT services and solutions. Both locations deliver expert technology repair and recovery – from precision screen replacements to advanced motherboard diagnostics using microscopes, thermal imaging, and sophisticated microsoldering techniques.

The Fixfactor Story
From a young age, Fixfactor’s founder was fascinated with understanding technology from the inside out. While other kids played with toys, he was busy taking apart electronics to learn how they worked—a curiosity that would later become the foundation of our company.
The turning point came when someone insisted on paying for his help with a broken device—a lightbulb moment that prompted advertising repair services locally. Soon, a pattern emerged: customers arrived with devices that professional repair shops had declared “unfixable,” yet time after time, we succeeded where established businesses had failed.
This realization led to opening Fixfactor’s first workshop in Wimbledon—a repair service committed to looking deeper, understanding root causes, and performing component-level repairs when others would simply suggest buying new devices. Today, with locations in both Wimbledon and Victoria, we maintain that founding philosophy while expanding our capabilities to become not just repairers, but technology problem solvers for individuals and businesses alike.
