To Identify Your iPhone Model
Locate your iPhone’s model number either on the back of your phone or in the settings. It typically appears in a format similar to this: ‘Model AXXXX’. Alternatively, you can identify your iPhone by its IMEI number. Simply dial *#06# on your phone’s keypad to display the IMEI.
If you’re unable to access your phone, the model number and IMEI can also be found on the original box or the purchase receipt. Use the link provided below to navigate to a website where entering the IMEI will reveal your phone’s name and model.

Repairing your phone involves a meticulous process of disassembly, part replacement, and reassembly. To ensure everything functions perfectly, thorough testing is essential. While you’re in our store, you’re welcome to test the phone yourself. However, for repairs that take longer, or if you’re sending your phone in, we require your passcode, pattern lock, or password. Without this, we can’t complete the necessary tests.
Rest assured, your data remains completely untouched during the testing process, and we do not alter any software settings. Your privacy and the integrity of your phone are our top priorities.
