How long does an iPhone 15 Pro Max repair take?

Walk in without booking and we keep the phone, usually 1-3 working days. Faults that need diagnosis first get a realistic date before any work starts.
Premium OLED or Value screen: which should I choose?
Both are replacement screens, not Apple originals. Premium OLED is the closest match to the original display in sharpness, colour and touch, the one to pick if you plan to keep the phone. Value costs less and does the job well. Both are fitted, tested and covered by our warranty, and you see the price of each before you pay.
Will I lose my data?
Screen, battery and charging port repairs do not involve your data, and we never reset or wipe a phone without asking. Any repair still carries a small risk, so back up first if you can: we cannot accept liability for data lost during a repair. If your phone will not switch on and the data is what matters, tell us first, as recovering it is a separate service.
