I just had my phone screen replaced by Adam at Fix Factor Wimbledon. Excellent service and a good price…if you need your phone fixing call these guys.
I took my Lenovo Yoga into this location. They did an amazing job, they were able to fix my computer within a week of diagnosis. If you’re wanting top notch service and hands on owners, this is the place to go.
What a professional setup! I had an amazing experience from start to finish, and a big thank you to Marcin who greeted me at the Central London office and managed to fix my phone very quickly!
If I could give 100 stars I would! These guys are very professional. I damaged my high-spec gaming laptop with liquid damage. They worked non-stop and eventually found a way to mend what was a VERY expensive paperweight – and I’m now writing this on that very laptop!
Fixed my phone after it was completely smashed and have helped me with a few other things; they are very friendly and accommodating, happy to answer any of my questions. I trust Fixfactor and will definitely come back here.

Frequently Asked Questions
Everything you need to know about device repairs in London
No — we never delete your data or factory reset your device unless it’s a specific software requirement, and we always ask you first.
Unlike many manufacturer service centres, data preservation is standard at our London repair shops. However, we cannot be responsible for data loss during repair since it is not possible to predict all issues that may occur. We always recommend making a backup before sending your device to us if possible.
Standard repairs (screens, batteries) have fixed prices. Complex issues require a £39 diagnostic fee, which is deducted from your final bill if you proceed with the repair.
The diagnostic fee covers 1-2 hours of expert time using microscopes and specialist equipment to identify the root cause — even common symptoms can have multiple causes. For devices previously worked on by another repair shop, the diagnostic fee is £49 due to additional complexity. You always get a clear quote before we start any work, and the diagnostic fee is non-refundable if you choose not to proceed.
We use the best quality parts available and never compromise on repair quality. All parts are strictly tested at our locations before installation.
For some repairs we offer high-quality alternatives to original parts to save you money. Genuine parts can sometimes be double the price, but we explain the difference before you decide so you can make an informed choice.
We recommend booking an appointment so our technicians can give you their full attention — without one, you may have to wait if we’re already working on another phone repair or laptop repair.
An appointment is required if you expect a while-you-wait repair or same-day diagnosis, as we need time to order and prepare parts for your device. A deposit may be required to secure parts in advance. That said, if you just want to drop off your device at Fixfactor and collect it once it’s repaired, you’re welcome to visit without an appointment.
Most phone repairs (screens, batteries) take 30 to 60 minutes while you wait. Laptop repairs and diagnostics typically take 1-3 working days depending on complexity.
If you book an appointment and we prepare parts in advance, many repairs can be completed within 1-2 hours of your visit. We know you need your device back fast, so our London technicians work efficiently to minimise your downtime.
Yes — we offer a mail-in repair service covering the whole UK. It’s the same expert London repair service, delivered to your door.
Simply book online, select “Send by Post”, and mail your device to our workshop at 136 Kingston Road, Wimbledon, SW19 1LY. We diagnose it, contact you with a quote, and return it via tracked, insured courier.
Yes, but act fast and do not charge the device. Bring it to our London repair centre as soon as possible for the best chance of recovery.
We have a high success rate with liquid damage repairs using ultrasonic cleaning and microsoldering. Even if the device isn’t fully recoverable, we can often prioritise data recovery to save your photos and files.
Most repairs come with a 6 to 12-month warranty covering both parts and labour. If the part we replaced fails or the issue returns, we fix it again for free.
The warranty does not cover new physical damage, liquid damage, or issues unrelated to the original repair. We stand behind our quality at both London locations.
Generally, if a repair costs less than 50% of the replacement value, it’s worth repairing. We give honest advice and will tell you upfront if replacement makes more sense.
Fixing your device is also better for the environment and saves you the hassle of setting up a new one. We can also upgrade older laptops with SSD and RAM or reinstall software at our London workshops to make them run like new.
Yes — we offer trade repair services for other repair shops, retailers, and businesses that need specialist motherboard-level repairs, microsoldering, or advanced data recovery they can’t handle in-house.
We also provide professional data recovery for businesses — hard drives, SSDs, laptops, and phones — ideal for companies without their own recovery capabilities. For ongoing IT support and managed services, we operate a dedicated brand: Evolfe.
