We operate two fully-equipped repair workshops in London. Our Victoria location at 25 Wilton Road (SW1V 1LW) is just 2 minutes from Victoria Station, perfect for Central London customers. Our Wimbledon workshop at 136 Kingston Road (SW19 1LY) serves South West London, easily accessible from Wimbledon Station and Merton Park tram stop. Both locations accept all major tablet brands including Apple iPad, Microsoft Surface, and Samsung Galaxy Tab, offering same-day repairs when parts are available. Can’t visit in person? You can also send your tablet to either location via secure post or courier service.

Most tablet repairs are completed within 2-3 hours at either our Victoria or Wimbledon location. iPad screen replacements typically take 90-150 minutes, while Microsoft Surface screen repairs may require 2-4 hours due to their more complex construction. Battery replacements are usually done in 60-90 minutes. However, we don’t stock parts due to the extensive range of tablet models available. We recommend booking ahead so we can order your specific parts – this ensures same-day service when you visit.

While walk-ins are welcome at both locations during opening hours, we highly recommend booking an appointment – especially for Apple iPad and Microsoft Surface devices. This allows us to source the correct replacement parts for your specific tablet model beforehand, guaranteeing same-day completion. For popular models like iPad Pro or Surface Pro, we maintain better parts inventory, but booking ensures immediate service. We primarily specialize in Microsoft Surface tablets and Apple iPads, where we have extensive experience and maintain optimal parts inventory. While we can undertake repairs for other tablet brands such as Samsung Galaxy Tab, Lenovo, Huawei, Amazon Fire, or Google Pixel Tablet, these are assessed on a case-by-case basis with custom pricing. For non-Surface/iPad devices, please contact us for a personalized quote – we’ll evaluate your specific tablet model and provide transparent pricing before proceeding.

For most brands, we offer two quality options: original manufacturer parts or premium aftermarket components. Original parts maintain exact specifications but cost more. High-quality aftermarket alternatives offer excellent value with minor compromises in areas like display color accuracy or protective glass quality. We never use cheap, low-grade parts and always discuss options with you before proceeding. For certain brands like Apple iPad or Microsoft Surface, we exclusively use genuine parts.

Your data security is our priority. We never intentionally access or delete customer data during repairs. Our technicians only perform basic functionality tests (display, touch response, charging) to verify successful repairs. For devices like iPads with Face ID or Surface tablets with Windows Hello, we test biometric sensors without accessing stored biometric data. While data loss during repair is extremely rare, we cannot accept liability if it occurs. We strongly advise backing up your iPad (via iCloud) or Surface (via OneDrive) before any repair if possible, as a precautionary measure.

Yes, we replace tablet batteries, but it’s important to understand the process. Most tablets have batteries located behind firmly glued screens. To access the battery, we must carefully separate the screen adhesive, which carries a risk of screen damage during the procedure. Before starting any battery replacement, we always inform you upfront about this risk and clarify who bears responsibility if the screen cracks. Depending on your device type and screen value, we may offer options – sometimes the repair cost reflects the additional time and care required, other times we give you the choice to cover screen replacement costs if damage occurs. We never proceed without your full understanding and approval – no surprises, complete transparency from the start.

Both Victoria and Wimbledon locations handle standard repairs like screens, batteries, and charging ports equally well, including common iPad and Surface repairs. For advanced motherboard repairs requiring micro-soldering – such as Microsoft Surface Pro chip-level repairs or iPad Pro backlight IC replacements – we transfer devices to our Wimbledon workshop, which has specialized diagnostic and soldering equipment. Complex data recovery cases from damaged iPads or Surface tablets also go to Wimbledon. Our Victoria location offers business services including AI consulting and IT support alongside tablet repairs.

We offer three delivery methods: visit us directly at Victoria or Wimbledon, post your device securely to either workshop address (we recommend insured tracked shipping for premium devices like iPads or Surface tablets), or use our courier collection and delivery service available within 2 miles of our locations. The courier option is ideal for busy London professionals – we’ll collect your tablet, repair it at our workshop, and return it to your address. Most iPad and Surface repairs are completed and returned the same day.

We provide a 6 to 12-month warranty on all tablet repairs, varying by repair type and the manufacturer’s warranty on replacement parts. If a repaired component fails due to our workmanship or the part itself, we’ll fix it again completely free of charge. When booking your repair, please ask about the specific warranty period for your service. The warranty excludes new physical damage, subsequent liquid damage, or unrelated issues.
