Victoria handles iPhone, Samsung, iPad, Surface, MacBook and laptop repairs including screen replacements, battery swaps, charging port fixes, SSD upgrades, software troubleshooting and data recovery. We also accept DJI drones and gaming consoles.

For complex motherboard work and component-level microsoldering, devices are transferred to our Wimbledon technical centre and returned to Victoria for collection. You drop off and pick up in one location — we handle the logistics between our workshops.

Screen replacement takes 1-2 hours once we have the part. Book ahead so we can order the correct screen before your visit — parts usually arrive within a day. A 50% deposit secures your part order.

Prefer not to wait? Leave your phone with us and collect it next day or within 2 days. With this option there’s no deposit — you pay only after confirming you’re happy with the result.

We recommend booking because we’re located inside Spaces Victoria coworking building — you check in at reception and they direct you to us. An appointment guarantees a technician is available and any parts needed are ready.

While-you-wait repairs are possible when you book ahead, pay a 50% deposit and tell us what you need — we order the part, and when it arrives you come in and we fix it during your visit. No deposit? No problem — just bring your device in, leave it with us, and collect it when ready (usually 1-2 days).

All repairs come with a minimum 6-month warranty covering parts and labour. Depending on the component, warranty can extend to 12 months based on the parts supplier’s terms.

Liquid damage cleaning is an exception — since it’s a cleaning process, subsequent corrosion from hidden damage isn’t covered. Warranty also excludes new physical damage or further liquid exposure after the repair.

If the device powers on and you share the password, we can back up your data before starting the repair. Let us know when you book and we’ll include it in the process.

We recommend creating your own backup beforehand as a precaution. We don’t delete customer data during repairs, but certain procedures — especially motherboard work or liquid damage treatment — carry inherent risks to stored data.

A quick estimate via email or in person is free. Comprehensive diagnostics — which includes opening the device, running hardware and software tests, inspecting components, troubleshooting, and sourcing parts pricing — costs £39.

Turnaround is typically 1-3 days, faster for straightforward issues. If you proceed with the repair, the £39 is deducted from the total cost. If you choose not to repair, the fee covers the diagnostic work already done.

Yes. Send your device by courier to our Victoria address and we’ll return it after repair. This works well for customers outside Central London or those who can’t visit during our opening hours.

Within London, we can also arrange same-day courier collection and return at an additional charge. Get in touch for current courier rates and to arrange the pickup.
