Learning from Oxford Street

Our Oxford Street experiment taught us valuable lessons about location and client needs. Despite thousands of daily footfall, the retail-focused environment didn’t match our service model. Clients struggled to locate us within the coworking space, appointment adherence was inconsistent, and the area’s transient nature made it difficult to build the relationships we value.

The Oxford Street location, whilst prestigious, proved to be oriented towards retail shopping rather than the professional services we provide. Our clients – London residents, remote workers, and businesses – simply weren’t in that environment looking for technical repairs.
