The front glass on your Huawei Mate 20 Pro is laminated together with the AMOLED display like on all high-end mobile phones today. Note, that those additional issues we may offer you to fix it at greatly reduced prices.
Regarding waterproof mobile phones.
Please note although we use highest quality parts and bonding material, we don’t consider any mobile phone to be waterproof after the repair as this is a subject to manufacturer’s internal tests when they assemble devices in their factories. Although we hope that the repair should restore the waterproofness, we don’t guarantee and don’t take any responsibilities. Use the service only if you agree with this.
We use highest quality replacement parts available to fix mobile phones. Most of the time we use original parts but if those are not available, we will use replacement that provides same functionality. You can check with us before about what quality part is available for your particular phone. All parts are tested before we fit them. Screen replacements are manufacturers same specification, expect perfect repair.
We are independent company, we don’t work directly with manufacturers but use exactly same replacement parts most of the time. Being independent gives us some advantages: we can offer you while you wait repairs, we can give you custom offers and don’t need to delete your data. Also, there is more repairs options and usually it costs less. Disadvantage is that our repairs may void manufacturer’s warranty. Not always but sometimes. The reason is that the manufacturer may notice that the phone has been disassembled previously but there is no records about that in their files.
We use highest quality parts and bonding material but we cannot be responsible for your waterproof phone to be water resistant after repair as this is a subject to the manufacturer’s internal tests when they manufacture the phone. Although we believe that it should be water resistant to some degree, you expose it to water at your own risk.
We offer warranty on all hardware repairs. The warranty covers parts and labours. Software repairs cannot be guaranteed. Waterproof cleaning is not guaranteed but components replaced to fix it, You will be informed once we diagnose the problem with your phone.
We cannot guarantee that your device will be still supported by the manufacturer’s warranty, after the repair. The reason is that manufacturer’s don’t like when anybody disassembles their products. They want the full control. They may notice that the device has been repaired by independent company. They just have their methods to find out. On another hand we know quite few examples that manufacturer didn’t notice that the device had the back panel, front glass, camera, charging port or camera lens changed, as long as it was done right, with highest quality parts. We always do it with extra care but with no promise with restoring the official warranty. However we guarantee our repairs so you should feel safe !
Yes we do ! If you are from South West London or Central London area, we can offer you repair in your place. This is a subject to free slots availability. Some repairs need to be done in the laboratory but then we can arrange courier collection and quick return if it needs to be done same day. Please note same day courier is at additional cost.
There are few factors determining turnaround of the repair. For services that we have parts in stock, you will get your device back within 5 working days. You can choose Express repair at the Checkout to get it repaired for the next day. For water damaged phones, diagnostic service or software issues, the repair may take few days. If we need to get parts for the repair, this may take also few more days. Always contact us first to avoid the disappointment.
Once we receive the phone for the repair, we will check the problem by running if thought set of diagnostic tests. If we find that the phone cannot be repaired because of the damage being too complex, we will inform you about this and ask for a diagnostic fee. If we fail to repair your device and this is our fault, we don’t charge you and we will return the device for free. This includes if the repair take longer than we agreed, when we order wrong replacement parts or if we fail to diagnose the problem correctly. In such cases, you have the right to cancel the repair and request the return. Those are very rare situations as we treat each repair individually.
If there is any risk around the repair that could develop additional problems, we will let you know before we start the job. Otherwise we take full responsibility for the work we do and if anything we damage, we will restore it to its full functionality.
Customers should always send their devices after choosing the type of the repair through our website. If you don’t know what repair you need, just choose the diagnostic service. You should fill out the form with your name and the correct address. Provide also the serial number and IMEI number as additional information. Then at the last step you will receive the order number. Send the phone with the order number written on the package or inside the box. There is no way we can make any mistake if you provided correct informations. It has never happened.

1.Contact us first (call: 0208 543 7088) regarding required phone, tablet, laptop or any other repair service or book the repair on the website.
2.Bring your faulty phone, tablet or laptop, fill the repair form in the store, get the confirmation note and leave your device with us.
3.Our technician will run an initial diagnostic to confirm the problem and lets the job begin! The repair should not take more than the time we agreed.
4.Finally, after agreed period of time your phone, tablet or laptop is ready for collection, repaired.

If You Send it
Same day return after we fix your phone. Give us a call or use the website to book the repair. Write the order number on the package and send your phone, laptop or tablet to our Store.
1.Add the phone, tablet or laptop repair service to the Cart by clicking the “Send For Repair” button on the page of repair service which you need.
2.Complete the checkout with your address, contact number and choose the payment method. You can pay after repair if you prefer (you will see this option at the checkout).
3.Wrap your phone, tablet or laptop safely. We suggest to use the Insured Mail service (insured up to £500 and costs around £7.50).

4.Once received, you will be contacted and the repair will start immediately.
5.You will get a confirmation e-mail after we fix your phone, tablet or laptop. We always return it with a recorded mail service.
We use Royal Mail Recorded or Next Day Delivery by 1pm (insured up to £500) for mobile phone nationwide repair service. Londoners can use a bicycle courier service for same day repairs (it is optional with additional cost).
Accepted payment methods
Debit or Credit Card, Apple Pay, Android Pay, Paypal, payments over the phone, bank transfers or cash on collection while in the Store. You can send the phone first and pay after repair (while the phone is still with us).
Prepaire Your Device Before You Post It
1.Backup your data if possible. We leave your device’s internal storage untouched but it is always recommended.
2.Remove the passcode / password or include it with your phone so we can test the phone after repair.
3.Remove the Sim Card and micro SD card.
4.Don’t send it in original box, you may not get it back. We use our own packaging for returning devices to customers.
5.Please don’t include any accessories.
6.Write the Order Number or your name on the outside of the box.
