Battery got worse on your Google Pixel XL ? Has it already started to push the screen out from the frame ?

Change the battery immediately if you started to have problems with it.

If the battery draining too fast, the battery percentage doesn’t represent its actual state, you experience frequent shut downs or if your Google Pixel XL phone doesn’t power at all, it is probably a battery problem. Sometimes the battery is pushing the screen from inside out of the frame causing further damage to the phone. Before replacing it, we will test it first to make sure that changing the battery will solve all those problems.

It is a quite complicated process on Google Pixel XL to change the battery, the manufacturer didn’t make it any easier for users with non technical skills. We have to remove the front screen first (very risky) and the inner frame part, then remove the battery which is very firmly sticked to the back of the frame.

To guarantee your satisfaction, we only use genuine Google Pixel XL batteries. It has been all proven by years of experience with fixing Google mobile phones.

We test the phone after we fix it.

Your Google Pixel XL will carefully tested after repair. The test will include the new battery fitting and the assembly, charging, battery percentage going up but also we will confirm other functions to work properly after we disassembled the phone (speaker and the microphone, network range, calling funciton, front camera, charging, speakers, Wifi). After you receive the phone back, we kindly ask you to test it again.

Any additional damages to your phone ?

Please note if your Google Pixel XL has any visible cracks to the screen, this may spread and the display may stop functioning during replacing the battery. You will be informed about that when we see your phone but get ready that that there would be additional cost for the new screen.

If we find any signs of serious liquid damage inside the phone, we will pause the job and inform you about that first.
