Fixactor takes special masures and increases higene with the repairFixfactor remains open by appointment or for mail-in repairs in the Wimbledon store. Monument branch will be closed during the lockdown.

We have implemented strict rules around our services to keep everyone possibly safe. Please send us an email or give us a call before you decide to us our service. As of now, we offer all of repair services but some replacement parts are harder to get.

Please note that some repairs may take longer than usually.

You may prefer to send your broken device for the repair rather than bringing it in person. We fully support repairs by post or courier and the service that you need may be already listed on our website. Just select the service, click “Next step” , then “Post your device” and follow instructions. If the service is not listed or you need to talk to us, just give us a call.

We take extra hygienic rules when we receive and return your devices. We start from cleaning the surface off your devices with antibacterial liquids and sprays. After the repair we do the same plus we use the UV lamp. Although the bacteria and viruses should not leave on surfaces for more than 4 hours, this is always recommended to put extra care.

You may also visit us.Β In some situations parts may not be available or the cost may be different than advertised on the website so please always inquiry first. The inventory level has been greatly affected by China and it may need few weeks to get to normal. You will be always informed about the price when you quote for the repair.

We ask you for understanding if we refuse to provide some types of repairs or if the repair takes longer. We try to answer all phone calls and emails daily but there may be some delays. Thank you and stay safe!

[Updated 15th June Β 2020] Wimbledon store has been officially open for walk-ins and we can help you Monday – Saturday. The Monument office has been pernamently closed. We open a new office in Oxford Circus – Central London from 1st July.
