Within 24 hours, we’ll identify all possible recovery options and provide an accurate cost assessment. Once you approve our quote, we begin the recovery process, keeping you informed throughout. We strive to make the entire experience as straightforward as possible.

With no limitations on budget or time, we achieve successful data recovery in 80% of cases. We have a network of specialized repair partners to assist with particularly challenging recoveries. In some instances, we may not recover 100% of the data but can retrieve 80% or more. This typically occurs when the drive’s structure is severely damaged. In such cases, we’ll contact you to determine if the recoverable files include the most important data you need.

Recovery time depends on the device type and the nature of the problem. After diagnosing the issue, we can provide an estimated completion time. We offer three service levels based on urgency: Standard (5-10 working days), Priority (3-5 working days), and Emergency (1-2 working days). Please note these are estimates, and we can provide a more accurate timeline after diagnosing your specific device.

We charge a £39 diagnostic fee only if you decide not to proceed with recovery after we’ve begun our assessment. When you contact us initially, we provide a price range estimate based on your device and issue description. If you bring your device and authorize us to begin in-depth diagnostics, we’ll spend several hours identifying the problem source. If you choose to cancel at this point, we’ll ask you to cover the £39 diagnostic fee to compensate for the time and resources invested.

If we cannot recover your data despite our best efforts, we ask for a £39 fee to cover the time spent attempting recovery, including costs for donor drives and components. We can provide a detailed report of all procedures performed. If the recovery failure is due to an error on our part, we don’t charge anything. Considering the hours of specialized work invested in attempting recovery, the £39 fee represents minimal risk to you when full recovery isn’t possible.
