DJI Mini 3 Pro motor arm replacement
A cracked or snapped arm grounds the drone even when the motor itself survived the crash. The arms are thin because every gram counted in getting the aircraft under 250 grams, so they break where a heavier drone would bounce. The motor wiring runs back through the arm to the mainboard, so this is a soldering job rather than a part you clip on - which is why it gets quoted as a write-off elsewhere.
We fit the replacement arm, transfer or replace the motor, then test the ESCs, recalibrate the IMU and compass and hover the aircraft before it goes back to you. Bring the broken pieces if you still have them.
