Assessment first: we tell you what can be recovered from your iPad, and what the recovery costs, before any recovery work starts.
Photos, notes and documents from an iPad that will not switch on, has been in water, or has a failed board. Storage is soldered to the logic board, so recovery is microsoldering work — there is no drive to lift out and read somewhere else.

iPad Data Recovery — photos, notes and files off a device that will not start
An iPad that will not power on, will not charge or has taken a spill is not automatically a lost cause. iPad storage is soldered to the logic board, so there is no drive to pull out and read elsewhere — recovery is board-level work: we repair or bypass the fault that stops the device booting, then get the data off.
This service is the assessment. We open the iPad, inspect the board under the microscope and tell you honestly whether the data is recoverable, what it would take and what it would cost. Go ahead with the recovery and the assessment fee comes off the price. If nothing is recoverable, you get that answer plainly rather than an open-ended bill.
Common cases: liquid damage, no power after a drop, boot loops, a device that charges but never shows the Apple logo, and iPads that another shop has already opened.
Your data is handled confidentially and is not copied anywhere beyond what the recovery needs.
