For a handheld that will not power on, restarts under load, or does something different every time you pick it up. We test it, open it where the symptoms point and tell you what failed rather than guessing from the outside.
The fee is payable when you authorise the assessment and buys the answer, not the repair. Anything that follows is quoted separately and only starts once you approve it.
Bring the whole set. Console, power lead, video cable, a controller and a game — or, on a handheld, the charger, its cable and the dock. We test on your own kit, because the leads and the charger are part of the fault often enough to matter, and a console that works on our bench and not on your shelf has not been repaired.
