When the fault is not obvious — the drone will not power on, restarts, overheats or behaves differently every day — diagnostics comes first. We test the drone and tell you exactly what is wrong, what the fix costs, and whether it is worth doing.
The diagnostic fee is paid upfront and covers the testing work itself. You decide what happens next with a clear quote in hand — no repair goes ahead without your authorisation, and if fixing it is not worth it, we say so.

Allow 2–3 working days for the assessment. Drones carry many sensors and one symptom can have several causes — when more than one fault turns up, we quote the repairs together at a combined price.
