A cracked lens shows up as haze, flare or a smear in the same place on every photo, and it stops sealing the camera underneath. We replace the protective glass and clean the module behind it, then check each camera through its full zoom range.
If the camera module itself turns out to be damaged rather than the glass, we quote that separately - it is your call whether to go ahead. Replacing cracked lens glass is worth doing either way: it is what keeps the camera sealed.
