Already Have a Cracked Screen? Samsung Galaxy battery replacement is done through the back glass, not the screen. However, if your screen is already cracked or damaged, we need to be careful during repair – heat and pressure could worsen existing cracks. Please mention any screen damage when booking.

Other Damage? If your Galaxy S24+ has back glass damage or liquid exposure, mention it when booking. If we find liquid damage during repair, additional cleaning may be needed – we’ll contact you before proceeding.
