Broken touchpad on your MacBook Pro 15 Unibody (2008 – 2012) ?
The touchpad may get broken by liquid or if you dropped something on it. The surface is glass and this is easy to get cracks. Sometimes the touchpad seems to be faulty but this is actually faulty battery that is pushing it from the inside.
We will first test your MacBook to confirm what causes the problem unless it is very clear that it is physically broken. The touchpad is placed under the battery, the whole repair process usually takes no more than 1 hour. We always test it after repair.
