Photos, contacts, messages and documents – from phones that will not switch on, have been in water, or have been wiped. Recovery is board-level work: microsoldering, chip-off extraction and reading the memory directly. The recovery itself takes 1–10 working days, depending on the damage and the priority you choose.

How long does a Xiaomi repair take?
Most Xiaomi screen and battery repairs are done the same day, typically 1–2 hours once the part is on the bench. We order per repair rather than hold stock, so booking ahead is what makes same-day possible. Board-level faults need diagnosis first, and we give you a realistic timeline before any work starts.
Can you get parts for any Xiaomi?
For the models that launched in Europe, yes, and usually within a day – the Redmi Note line especially. For handsets only ever sold in China or India, sometimes not at all, and that is the honest answer rather than a maybe. We check availability for your exact model before you commit to anything.
Do you repair Redmi and Poco phones too?
