For a console that will not power on, will not charge, works handheld but not docked, or does something different every time you pick it up. We test it both ways, open it where the symptoms point, and tell you what failed rather than guessing from the outside.
The fee is payable when you authorise the assessment and buys the answer, not the repair. Anything that follows is quoted separately and only starts once you approve it.
Bring the whole set. The handheld, its charger and cable, the dock if you have one, and a game. We test on your own kit, because the charger and the cable are part of the fault often enough to matter, and a console that works on our bench and not on your shelf has not been repaired.
