Fingerprint Sensor: Galaxy S10 Plus has an ultrasonic fingerprint sensor integrated into the display. Screen replacement includes a new fingerprint sensor – you’ll need to re-register your fingerprints after repair, but the sensor will work normally.

  • Will my data be safe? We never intentionally delete data and don’t need to reset your phone for this repair. However, if something goes wrong during the repair process, we’re not responsible for data loss – by booking, you accept this risk. We always recommend backing up your data before any repair.
  • Do you need my passcode/pattern? To properly test your phone after repair, we need your unlock code – during screen replacement various cables are disconnected, so we need to verify everything works after reassembly. If you’d rather not share it, we can test with you present.
  • Can’t visit London? Use our mail-in service – send your phone from anywhere in the UK and we’ll return it repaired within 1-3 working days.
