Do you need access to my device for testing?
Many repairs involve replacing components and disconnecting multiple internal cables. After a repair, we need to verify that the replaced part works correctly and that all internal connections are properly secured. Without device access, we cannot fully confirm this.
If you prefer not to share your password, you’re welcome to be present during testing. You can also decline access entirely, but in that case we won’t be able to fully test the device – which may result in a return visit if issues arise, extending your overall repair time.
