We understand your drama, it is in our interest to recover you files efficiently and precisely. We cover most of possible data loss scenarios and still add new solutions.

There is no data recovery job too small or too big but each case is considered individually.  Anything from accidentally deleted files, broken USB port of the external hard drive, water damaged phone, phone cut in half, hard drive with strange noise not recognisable by computer, RAID server problems or broken memory card can be recovered. We can try to help with forgotten passwords if you can prove ownership of the device.

Our success is a blend of experience with most professional data recovery and forensic tools. HDD disassembly and head swap we perform inside the laminar cabinet with 99.90% dust free air, filtered with HEPA filter. We use latest PC-3000 for data retrieval from broken HDD, SSD, RAID, NVMe drives and USB sticks. The tool allows us to perform data recovery on site in most particular cases. Mobile phone’s memory we service using EMMC / UFS memory programmers like NuProg-E, Z3X JTAG Plus. Before we even try to remove the memory chip for data recovery, we use our micro soldering skills and tools to repair the faulty device first. We also have a good chain of donor drive suppliers. Our team takes part in regular trainings in data recovery and forensics field.

We are transparent and straightforward from the first moment you get in touch. Once we receive your email asking for the quote, we reply with the price range and estimated delivery time. We keep you informed through the whole process of the data recovery. In case if we cannot help using our in house methods, we will ask you for permission to send it off to one of our external laboratories that specialise in particular cases.

You contact us and we ask you for the type of the device, story of the problem, approximate size of the data in GB and how quick this needs to be done. We give price estimate and if you decide to go ahead, we ask you to bring the device / storage to our office and we start the proper diagnostics. After 24 hours we should know all possible options and the accurate cost. Once you approve our quote, we start the job and keep you informed until your device has been fixed or the data has been recovered. If anything changes during the process, we will ask you for approval. The whole process we keep as simple as possible keeping you away from the technical aspects unless you want to know more. We believe that whole experience should be easy for you so you concentrate on what you are doing the best. We do the rest.

Since each data recovery job is different, one may less than 1 day and another needs more time, sometimes weeks. If we are not limited by the budget or time, we can provide fully successful data recovery in 90% of cases. We have number of repair partners that can help us with most mysterious repairs.

Sometimes, it may not be possible to recover the whole portion of your data but for example 80%. That may be because the structure of the drive storing the data may be severely damaged. In such a case, we contact you and try to establish if the files that you mostly need, are recoverable.

Data recovery does not fit under same terms as mobile phone screen repair and requires many steps to perform, from precise diagnostics, till successful data recovery. We offer emergency data recovery that may take less than 1 day but this is a subject to pre-checks for eligibility.

We need to know first the type of the device and the story of the problem. After we recognise the problem, we should be able to give you the estimated repair time. We do provide 3 service levels based on the urgency:  Normal, Priority and Emergency. In general, Normal plan aims to recover your data within 5-10 working days, Emergency within 3-5 working days and the Emergency 1-2 working days. Please note this is estimate and we could give you exact time after we diagnose your device / storage.

Yes, we charge £39 diagnostics fee if you change your mind after we have started the work. If you contact us, describe the problem, type of the device, required speed of service, we will give you the price range which is only estimate but should explain the worst scenario. If your decide to bring your device and agree to start the deep diagnostics, we will spend few hours on localising source of problem. The exact price and report will be provided. If you decide to cancel at this point, we will ask you to cover the diagnostics fee which is £39.

We ask you for £39 fee in case that the data cannot be recovered. We have potentially spent many hours trying to sort it, invested in donor drives, donor parts and the set of procedures of which we have followed, was there to help. We can provide a report of what has tried to be done. In case where the job could not be completed because of an error on our side, we don’t charge anything. All in all, considering that we spend hours trying to recover your data, in case when the job cannot be succesfully completed, you only risk £39.

The diagnostics starts in our main office in Wimbledon. If we find that we need to send off, we will ask for your permission first. We try to avoid it but we have established partnership with few data recovery laboratories that specialise in particular cases and we can do more together! We always use dedicated couriers for transferring your devices between locations.

We are professionals and handle terabytes of data everyday. We understand importance of your files. We strictly follow our procedures that we have worked out over 6 years. That minimises the risk. However please note we don’t guarantee to recover your data same as we cannot guarantee that the data are there when you bring your device / storage in. Before we start the job, we ask you to sign the agreement that you are willing to take full responsibility and will never take our company to liability for loosing your data or damaging the device.

Yes we do ! We provide pictures of the data recovery process and description of what has been done. We basically log every step until you collect the device / your data. For special requests, we can provide the special report.

We ask you to bring us the external storage drive where we can copy your files. We can also provide you with the external drive at additional cost. If we have fixed your phone for the purpose of data recovery, the data still should be copied to the external device.

We keep a copy of your backup for 7 working days after we have returned you your data. If we don’t hear from you before 7 days, we will delete the backup. If you don’t wish us to keep your data at all, please let us know and we immediately delete the copy.

We keep your data on encrypted drives, in alarmed and monitored rooms with CCTV. Overnight the drives are stored in safes. We only keep your data for the length of doing the service and 7 days after  in form of a copy for your reference unless you ask us not to keep it.

This is extremely individual. We always evaluate the cost before we start the job. We never start without your approval. Price depends on type of the device, capacity of the storage / number of data to be recovered, type of problem and required speed of service. For example data recovery from the iPhone 7 with faulty logic board where the phone does not turn on and there is no rush,  it may cost £250 but emergency for next day could be £400. Data recovery from broken external hard drive may cost £150 for normal plan if the electronics of the drive is not damaged or £450 if the drive is damaged, requires sourcing donor drive. If that particular service needs to be done quicker than 10 days, the cost may go up to £750.

No, we always provide upfront pricing that includes the total cost. We only proceed once you approve the cost. The idea of our service is to keep it simple and professional.

Data recovery can be very complex! Apart from big knowledge and experience, it requires very special equipment. We use micro soldering station and microscopes for most data recoveries requiring motherboard repair and chip off. We have laminar cabinets for hard drive disassembly in dust free environment and the PC-3000, best in class tool for reading data from HDD, SSD, NVMe drives, etc. We constantly build our portfolio of donor drives for HDD data recovery but more important is to know where to find the right donor drive if we don’t stock it. Other tools we use are EMMC / UFS memory readers, BGA soldering / desoldering station for removing memory chips and 3D printer that is useful sometimes for more complex data recoveries. We are always open to purchase a new equipment if that is required to complete the job for particular customer.

We can attempt to recover data from password protected devices but we need to have some proof that you actually own the device. We would not try to break the password for random person visiting our office. On another hand we know that the fact someone could forget the password or been locked out by another person or virus is real. Once we establish your right to the device, depends on type of the device, type of encryption we search for possibility of restoring you the access to the data. Most of mobile phones is encrypted and bypassing the password is close to impossible but depends on the version of software and some information you may help to provide, sometimes we can do it. Bypassing passwords on Windows or MacOS also depends on type of security. In overall, there is always a chance but not greater than few percent. If you own the device, can prove it and the data are very important, it is always worth us to try.

After we complete the work and before you pay, we show you the file structure, size of the backup and prove the file integrity (the fact that the files are functional and can be open). If you are collecting from our office, we are happy that you personally browse through all of your files so you can make sure that everything that you need is there. Once you confirm that you are happy and make a payment, there is no option for refund or warranty for the service.

We don’t charge for unsuccessful job, only the £39 diagnostics that was explained to you before we have started the job. We will refund the fee if we have not met the promise for example keeping the device for too long. After we successfully complete the work, you confirm that (by looking on file structure that we provide, with option of opening them) and you pay, there is no reason for money refund.
